Refund and Cancellation Policy

At LagunaArtShop, we sell digital products (downloadable PSD files). Due to the digital nature of these products, specific rules apply to returns and refunds under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

1. Digital Content and the Right of Withdrawal

For digital downloads (PSD files), your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal expires automatically as soon as the download or streaming of the digital content begins. By purchasing a digital product from our shop, you explicitly agree that:

  • Delivery of the digital product starts immediately upon successful payment.
  • You lose your 14-day right of withdrawal and refund once you click the download link or the download process has automatically started.

2. When Can You Request a Refund?

You are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY if:

  • The product has NOT been downloaded: You have placed an order but have not clicked the download link, and the file has not been transferred to your device.
  • The file is technically corrupted: If the PSD file is defective, throws errors in Adobe Photoshop, or is incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement file within 14 days of you notifying us.

To request a cancellation for a non-downloaded file, you can use the "Withdrawal Button" in our footer or contact us directly at laguna78art@gmail.com.

3. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

Please note that EU Consumer Protection laws apply strictly to individual consumers (B2C). If you purchase our PSD files as a business, freelance designer, company, or corporate entity (B2B), all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances once the order is placed.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused gift card balances remain valid until the expiration date indicated on the card. If you have questions about your gift card balance or usage, please contact us at laguna78art@gmail.com.
